Smart Foam Insulation, LLC
is an authorized dealer and installer of the most technically advanced injection foam product on the market today. InsulSmart products are a 2-part foam system that combines a unique spray-dried polymeric resin with a foaming catalyst to produce a “dry” foam that is unmatched in the industry!
All products are kept separately and mixed prior to each job to ensure product freshness and consistency. When combined with compressed air, using our specialized equipment, the foam insulation flows throughout the wall filling any irregular voids and hard-to-reach spaces, and resulting in a building that is well-insulated, quiet and energy efficient. These foam products are Class I Fire-Rated and have been tested by certified laboratories to comply with all international building codes.
All of our products are made in the USA.
Our injection Smart Foam does not use any ozone-depleting chemicals as part of their formulation or for propulsion. Smart Foam insulation is the only injection foam product that contains mold care as a standard ingredient. Smart Foam also contains no VOC’s so it is safe for you and your family. As you can see Smart Foam Insulation really is the smart choice.
Thermography Imagery
As part of our insulation services, we include thermal imaging scans, before and after, at no additional cost. Thermal imaging can be used to validate the performance and quality of insulation in homes and commercial buildings. With the ever-increasing costs of heating, the return on investing in Smart Foam insulation becomes more and more compelling. Many home and business owners today should demand thermographic inspection services as part of the overall property inspection. We offer it as part of our insulation installation package.
A proper thermograpohic inspection conducted by our trained personnel can reveal damaged or missing insulation, improper caulking, incorrectly installed materials, gaps in construction, framing or studwork, mold, and water damage. The benefits of these surveys extend beyond the building envelope and include such things as water heater performance, electrical circuits, structural water leaks, leaking pipelines, and many other applications.
